TBS Capital VN (stand for Tokyo Business Service Capital Vietnam) is a newly established organization in Vietnam in 2019. In Japan, our headquarter company Tokyo Business Service has more than 40 years of experience in Real Estate development.

With long experience and available resources, through joint ventures with Vietnamese partners, we officially enter the field of real estate development in Vietnam and expect the project value will be reached to 100 million USD in the next 5 years.

Profits from the real estate development will be reinvested in Vietnam. Through continuous reinvestment, we hope to contribute to Vietnam society.

TBS Capital VN is a newbie organization, which is established in 2019 in HCMC Vietnam. In Japan, we already have more than 40 years of experience in real estate development.

Utilizing our experience and corporate resources, we started real estate development based on long-term partnerships with our partners in VIETNAM in 2021 and hope to reach equity investments of 100 million USD for the next 5 years.

The profits from the real estate development will be reinvested in Vietnam and a part of the profit will be funded for corporate social responsibility.　

By repeating this cycle, we want to participate in building a brilliance future for Vietnam. The profits from the real estate development in Vietnam will be reinvested in Vietnam and a part of it will be used for social service activities.
